Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hirrent.com. By browsing, placing a rental order, or paying a security deposit on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following rental terms and conditions.

1. Rental Reservation & Eligibility

All rental bookings are subject to item availability and address serviceability. You must be at least 18 years old and provide valid government-issued ID verification upon doorstep delivery or studio pickup.

2. Security Deposit

A 100% refundable security deposit is charged with every rental product. The deposit amount is held securely and is not treated as revenue. Upon return of the outfit/jewellery, our quality team performs a condition check and issues the complete deposit refund to your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Item Care & Normal Wear

Renters are expected to treat all garments and jewellery pieces with utmost care. Minor wear-and-tear such as slight dust marks or loose decorative threads are covered under our complimentary standard cleaning. However, burns, heavy tears, wine/oil stains, or loss of components may incur deduction from the security deposit.

4. Timely Returns & Late Charges

Outfits must be ready for pickup by our delivery executive during the agreed return window on your selected return date. Late returns affect subsequent brides/clients and will be billed at the standard daily late return fee specified on the product page.
