Shipping & Return Guidelines

We have engineered a hassle-free, white-glove delivery and pickup experience so you can focus entirely on celebrating your special occasion.

Doorstep Delivery

• Sanitized & Steam-Pressed: Outfits arrive freshly dry-cleaned, steam-ironed, and packed in luxury protective garment bags with hangers and tags.
• Advance Delivery: We schedule delivery at least 1 day prior to your event date (or your selected pickup date) to ensure ample time for trials and accessories matching.
• Express Local Delivery: In Indore and select hub cities, orders within serviceable pincodes (e.g. 452010, 452001) are fulfilled via express 24-hour priority dispatch.

Reverse Pickup & Return Process

• No Washing Required: Please do not attempt to wash or dry-clean the rented attire yourself. Our professional preservation partners handle all cleaning!
• Easy Repackaging: Simply place the outfit back in the provided Hirrent garment bag with all included accessories (dupattas, belts, latkans, jewellery boxes).
• Doorstep Pickup: Our courier representative will arrive at your delivery address during your chosen return slot to collect the parcel.
