Security Deposit Refunds

100% Refundable: As soon as the returned outfit or jewellery reaches our inspection hub, our quality control team inspects the item for physical integrity within 24 hours. The security deposit is then instantly credited back to your original source account (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Card) or bank transfer.

Order Cancellations

More than 48 Hours Before Dispatch: 100% full refund of both rental fee and security deposit.
Within 24 to 48 Hours of Dispatch: 100% security deposit refund + 80% rental fee refund (20% retained for wardrobe reservation holding cost).
After Dispatch / In Transit: Security deposit is 100% refunded; rental shipping transit charges may apply.

Quality & Sizing Guarantee

If an outfit arrives with any defect or sizing discrepancy, notify our styling concierge team within 4 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange an express replacement or issue a complete refund.
